Living and working with other people, in multicultural environments, in positions where communication is important and situations where teamwork is essential (for example culture and sports), etc. Having lived through my teenage years in a British Boarding School, I had the enormous privilige of living with girs and boys from every corner of the world: from Hong Kong to Nigeria to Toronto. I learned very soon the value of education in a multicultural enviroment, but more importantly, I learned to live in an inter-cultural enviroment. I still consider these people my best friends to this day. I also learned how to work with international partners of all procedences. Years later, I also had the chance to work in an italian group of curators at Tuscany for a year with great results.
